The accommodation is predominantly on a single level within a beautifully converted Grade II listed stone barn. The conversion, completed in 2001 to a high specification - and under supervision of a local architect - takes full advantage of the magnificent views across the water to Burley-on-the-Hill House and the rolling countryside around Oakham.
