Meadow cottage is situated in a stunning location in the popular village of Ryhall in the county of Rutland. Nestling within a pretty cottage garden, this cottage was built over 160 years ago for the mill workers.

It is constructed of local limestone, with the origional colleyweston slate roof. There is plenty of parking on the quiet street, and bicycles can be securely stored in the locked garage by prior arrangement.

Recently refurbished, the accomodation consists of the following :-
Twenty-two foot through lounge/ diner with exposed oak beam, stone walls and fireplace featuring quality woodburner. Starter logs supplied.
A new leather sofabed gives additional sleeping options.
There is a pine dresser, dining table and pew for indoor dining, or when the weather allows there is a quality table, chairs and parasol on the front patio for a babecue or just to star gaze!
The lounge has a new TV with freeview, a DVD with a selection of films, a CD with a selection of CD’s, books and games.
There is wireless internet in the cottage.
The Kitchen is very well equiped with fan oven, electric hob, microwave, new fridge/freezer, low fat grill, slow cooker, new dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside the back garden is packed with fresh herbs, and when in season, vegetables.
Upstairs is a double bedroom at the front with feature fireplace, and views to the church. A single bedroom has views to the rear over the garden to the fields.
A modern white bathroom has a full length bath with powerful shower over.
There is WC basin and two wall cupboards.
The mains gas combi boiler ensures there is always plenty of hot water on tap when you need it, also it fires the gas central heating which is controlled by you via the thermostat.

Meadow Cottage can be booked on a nightly basis at £60 per night, laundry included.
A locally produced breakfast pack can be purchased in advance if required.
Supermarket deliveries can be accepted in advance, by appointment with the owner.
