Lovely fully equipped one bedroom cottage all inclusive of linen and towels and comprehensive welcome pack. Home from home accomodation set in extensive well maintained garden. Within walking distance of pub/restaurant and Rutland water, where cycle hire, fishing and activities are located.

The cottage is self contained in the garden to the rear of the main house. There is ample off road parking and the cottage has full central heating. The accommodation comprises of a comfortable lounge with 2 single drop down beds and french windows which lead on to a large well maintained garden.

There is a downstairs cloakroom and dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. The cupboards and fridge will be stocked with essentials for your arrival and breakfast. On the first floor there is a spacious twin bedroom and full bathroom with separate power shower.

Linen, towels, bathrobes and toiletries are provided. The cottage is non-smoking, sleeps a maximum of 4 plus cot and welcomes children. A high chair and cot are available on request.
