Rutland Lodges are luxury log cabins, set amidst 276 acres of rolling countryside on Greetham Valley’s superb 45 hole golf estate a few minutes drive from Rutland Water. Each 3 bedroom singe storey Lodge comfortably sleeps 6 and has one en-suite and one family bathroom. The spacious living area has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge etc, dining area and lounge with freeview TV/DVD/CD/radio. The utility room has a washer/drier; the outside decking has a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Underfloor eco-friendly woodchip central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair on request. No smoking. NB: Unfenced lakes and stream in shared grounds. Two lodges accept up to two pets (additional small charge).

Mill Cottage is just 100 yards from the Lodges, tucked away in a hidden valley next door to the owner’s home. Sleeping 5 in 3 bedrooms, the detached Cottage has a family bathroom upstairs and a downstairs wc. The cosy lounge has a woodburner (logs supplied free), leather sofas to seat 5, an easy chair and a freeview TV/DVD/CD. The separate dining room has seating for 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. Mill Cottage benefits from full oil central heating. Outside is a lovely garden with orchard trees, stream, gravel parking for 4 cars and outdoor dining furniture. The Cottage accepts up to two pet (additional small charge).

Guests of Rutland Lodges and Mill Cottage will receive a very warm welcome in Greetham Valley’s Lounge Bar and Restaurants just two minutes walk away and may enjoy free on-site coarse fishing, free Par 3 golf, free use of the gym @ greetham valley, discounted main course greenfees and discounted trout fishing. Golf, archery, bowls, salmon fishing, off-road driving and quad-biking can all be arranged on-site, (some activities must be pre-booked), whilst the amenities of Rutland Water are just a few minutes drive away. A perfect venue for bird watching, sailing, golfing, fishing, riding, walking, cycling - or just sitting back and relaxing in the superb Rutland countryside! Close to the A1 Greetham Valley is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with Rutland Water, Stamford, Oakham, Uppingham and Grantham all nearby.
