The Crown is a 16th-century coaching inn with boutique accommodation set in the heart of Rutland, on the quaint high street of Uppingham.
Under new business ownership in 2020, the pub and rooms have undergone an extensive and sympathetic renovation bringing an updated and relaxed atmosphere where the focus is on a warm welcome and quality experience for all. This welcome extends to our beloved canine friends who are welcome in the pub area at all times and can be accommodated with prior agreement in the bedroom.
Well placed to explore the surrounding areas you will find much to do whether it be a walk in the beautiful countryside a historic trip to Rockingham Castle and Burghley House, or a spot of shopping in the beautiful towns of Stamford and Oakham.
