About

Clematis Cottages offer a collection of 5 individual cottages which together can sleep up to 20 guests, situated in the grounds of Lodge Farm which is a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford.

Lodge farm was a working farm dating back to 1635 but now the 5 acres of grounds have been lovingly restored to provide a haven for wildlife with a wildflower meadow and lake with Hide for our keen photographers, flower borders and apairy.

Relax in one of the summer houses and enjoy the  views of rolling countryside, fields and forests to all four aspects, it is the ideal location for a ‘get away from it all’ holiday or short break. The peace and tranquillity that surround the cottages helps you to unwind away from the pressures and stresses of day to day living.

The stone outbuildings, have been sympathetically restored and tastefully converted retaining many original features to provide luxury accommodation furnished to a very high standard.

> Hollyhock Cottage sleeps up to 8 people  > The Retreat sleeps 2 people  > The Oak Barn sleeps up to 4 people > Orchard Cottage sleeps 6 people  >

Each of the properties are totally independent and each have a separate garden with BBQ area plus ample parking.

The Trip Advisor, and Booking.com award winning cottages also benefit from high speed broadband and ample parking.

Unfortunately due to the wildlife around the grounds we don’t allow dogs or other pets to stay at our cottages.
