Stroll down the bridle path next to Pibbles Nook, climb the stile, make your way across the meadow and pass through the spinney that leads to the edge of the water where you can enjoy a range of outdoor pursuits including water sports, trout fishing, bird watching, cycling and walking.

The Green is a self-catering grade II listed Rutland holiday cottage in the rural conservation village of Market Overton just a stone’s throw away from Rutland Water. Rutland is excellent for walking and cycling and The Green holiday cottage provides a perfect base for exploring the local footpaths and cycle tracks around Rutland Water and visiting the many events that are held in and around Rutland such as the Burghley Horse Trials, Rutland County Show and Birdfair.

The cottage has one large bedroom which can offer a super king sized bed, or two full size single beds, the cottage can each sleep two comfortably.
Emma welcomes you to her charming 7 acres of countryside close to Uppingham, enjoy glamping surrounded by nature with home grown veg and eggs available from the site. Cook on an open fire, let the children be free and relax.
