Based on the Oakham Enterprise Park, just outside Oakham, in purpose built air-conditioned kitchens, Rutland Cookery school offers over 30 different courses that are either skills-based or cuisine-based. Courses such as; Game, Bread, and Fish masterclasses, Afternoon tea, BBQ and Patisserie, and a range of cuisines from Mediterranean to Moroccan, Spanish café to South East Asian, and Indian Street Food to Taste of Thailand.
