If you have a local event you would like to promote on the Discover Rutland website, please complete the form below. The event must be relevant to people visiting or living in the Rutland area, so nothing further than a 20 minute drive from the county boarders.
The event information will need to be approved by the Tourism Officer, once done it will then appear online as a basic listing. If you wish to enhance your listing and increase the events exposure, contact the tourism officer for associate membership information:firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure your event has a landscape image. Small events, such as jumble sales and coffee mornings are not suitable for this platform
By submitting an event, text or image to be hosted on the Discover Rutland website you agree that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that Discover Rutland may use that information to promote your business/event and the region or it may be used to fulfil any relevant press requests we receive. You agree that any images or text provided to Discover Rutland are not copyrighted and that you are permitted to use them for promotional purposes.
The required image size for an event is 690 pixels wide x 396 pixles high in a landscape format.
