All products are handmade, keeping quality and standards high. Everything can be tailored to the customer’s needs, any cut can be butchered, any flavour of sausage and burger can be made. Our animals are farmed, butchered and transported by us, no middleman, no unnecessary journeys. This keeps a minimal carbon footprint and reduces stress on the animals.

My ethos is as strong today as it was when I started; caring for my animals is most important to me, whilst continuing to offer exceptional products for you to enjoy.

Delicious Street Food / Event Catering

We cater at many food festivals, street food events, weddings and parties across the country. This usually includes our succulent hog roasts, amazing lamb roasts and our home-made artisan sausages.

We are in a prime position to be able to offer this at your event and what makes us stand out from the rest is that our products are made by us. The pigs and lambs are slow roasted prior to the day of the event and all our sausages are cooked fresh on site.
