Hambleton Bakery on Cottesmore Road, Exton sprung into life in 2008, since then the little shop at one end of the Bakery has surpassed all of our expectations. Traditional bread, made slowly with top quality English or French stone ground flour, makes up a significant part of our output. Clients who prefer to live dangerously have also been buying prodigious quantities of our fruit loaves, handmade muffins, triple chocolate & walnut cookies, pecan buns, Eccles cakes and many of our other new breads, cakes & savouries.
There are now 6 Hambleton Bakery shops in the region; our Exton Bakery & shop, Oakham (Gaol Street), Market Harborough, Oundle, Stamford & West Bridgford. Plus you can find Hambleton Bakery goods in many local shops.
