Head Chef, Stuart Mead, has a passion for creating stunning and exciting dishes using locally sourced ingredients. His unique combination of flavours and visual presentation ensures that diners will enjoy a feast for the eyes, as well as the taste buds.

The reputation and size of the growing wine cellar at the Lake Isle boasts an impressive collection that will please any connoisseur; with over 200 wines and more than 20 champagnes available – from a simple yet satisfying Sauvignon Blanc, through to a vintage Louis Roederer ‘Cristal’.

In addition to the fine dining restaurant, their business meeting facilities will ensure that your discussions can take place undisturbed and confidentially.

Business customers and their associates will be treated to a wide range of refreshments – from homemade pastries with coffee and juices for your breaks to sandwiches or a full lunch, serviced in either your meeting room or the award winning 2AA Rosette restaurant.

Lake Isle takes their guests dietary requirements very seriously. Advance notice of your needs allows the chefs to design a menu suited perfectly to you. So you won’t miss out on anything!
