Rutland View is a modern 3 storey town house, with accommodation for up to 8 people, ideally located in the historic market town of Oakham, surrounded by beautiful Rutland countryside.

A 5 minute walk takes you into the town centre with its many restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and traditional tea rooms.

If you like to walk or cycle Rutland Water is easily accessed by the cycle path located 1 minute from the property.

For the younger children immediately outside the property is an enclosed playarea.

The accommodation is laid out as follows;

Entrance Hall with cloakroom off

Ground floor bedroom with a double sofa bed.  French doors give access to the rear garden.

Utility room with access to rear garden.

Rear garden with artificial grass area, part covered paved terrace entertaining area.

First Floor

Living room with Juliet balcony.  Views over Rutland Water and green open spaces.

Kitchen Dining room.  Fully fitted with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob and grill.  Dining table and chairs to seat up to 8 adults.

Stairs leading to the second floor:

Second Floor

Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and views over Rutland Water and green spaces.  The bedroom leads through to the ensuite with double shower cubicle.

Second bedroom with views over the garden.  Twin beds which upon request can be converted to a double.  Double wardrobe.

Third bedroom with bunk beds and views over the garden.

Main bathroom with shower over bath.
