Richil House was built circa 1880 and has rich Georgian Town House features including a typical Georgian façade and high ceilings within.
Our delightful two bedroomed apartment is on the ground floor of Richil House, which is situated in the centre of Uppingham having everything within walking distance.
The apartment has one double room, one twin room, lounge / dining room, bathroom with shower and a fully fitted recently re-furbished kitchen.
The accommodation has gas central heating, and is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron & ironing board. Tea, coffee and sugar are supplied. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer.
A child cot is available, and well behaved pets will be accepted with prior arrangement.
The lounge has a colour television and free wi-fi is available for all residents.
A parking space is available at the rear of the property.
The Town House is only a few minutes’ walk from several excellent eateries, including The Falcon Hotel, Don Paddy’s Wine Bar, The Vaults public house, Chois Chinese Restaurant and the Lake Isle Hotel. There is also a takeaway Pizzeria and an excellent fish and chip shop!
