Rutland Shopping Village
Located in the heart of Rutland near Oakham and close to Ashwell, The Rutland Village is a lovely little rural retail park set in 4.5 acres and open 7 days a week. As well as the Ashwell Garden Centre and Potting Shed Cafe, Rutland Village is home to alarge childrens play structure and a great collection of retailers including Rutland Sewing, which sells a vast range of habidashery supplies and offers many specialised workshops;

Tucked away in the quaint and picturesque village of Wymondham, just north of Rutland, is Wymondham Windmill. With it’s welcoming tea room and lovely collection of shops, it’s a splendid place to pop in to with the children. There’s a playground, playhouse and large grassy area, a small vehicle track for younger children and a woodland puzzle trail through their two acre woodland of Native British Trees.
