Nestled in the undulating hills of Rutland,  RRR is an adult-only and dog-friendly secluded two-pod glamping retreat, set off the beaten track, within 4 acres of beautiful old meadow land, bordered by an array of hedgerow and trees and within listening distance of our wonderful brook. Our Rural Retreats have been designed for you to escape from everyday life and enjoy the beauty  that abounds in the Rutland countryside.

Designed to create a space which allows guests to escape and enjoy the Rutland countryside whilst retaining the comforts of home! Individually designed and built, the pods are fully equipped with kitchenette, living and dining space and en-suite. Your outside space provides the opportunity to dine under the stars whilst enjoying a glass of something chilled as you listen to the crackle of the fire. On chillier days guests can relax and dine inside the heated pods or take advantage of the numerous pubs and restaurants that our locality has to offer.

We pride ourselves on being super dog friendly and to that end, both pods have their own, 1m stock fenced secure gardens; welcome gifts for your pooches, doggy throws, mats, toys, mitts and food/water bowls. Woodpecker is the furthest of the two pods and reviews comment how ideal it is for reactive dogs.

Belton in Rutland is a beautiful small village from which you can explore miles of footpaths (the Rutland Rounds passes through the village) bridleways and cycle routes. The nearby areas boast some amazing quaint market towns such as Uppingham (4m), Oakham (9m) and Stamford. All have a wealth of dog friendly pubs and restaurants. If you are feeling a little more active, Rutland Water is just a 15 minute drive away as are the beautiful ancient woods of Launde, Wakerley and Fineshade. So much to do and see within a short walk or drive.

RRR is a new addition for 2022 to Brook Farm which is a small enterprise that also supports the welfare of horses and other animals, promoting a more natural way of living.  With freedom to roam, forage and interact as they choose, Brook Farm provides as natural an environment as possible.

Our extremely friendly Swiss Valais petting sheep are also nurtured on adjacent land and an array of visiting wildlife can often be seen nearby.
