About
Late August 2024 is the 79th anniversary of the liberation of Far Eastern Allied
Prisoners of War (FEPOW) captured during the Second World War. On August
Bank Holiday Monday the museum will include the SINGAPORE locomotive in
a special memorial display to pay tribute to the courage, comradeship and
sacrifice of these prisoners.
