Stamford Farmhouse
Situated on the Stamford/Rutland border just one mile from the pretty Georgian market town of Stamford. The Farmhouse can sleep up to 16 comfortably in 7 bedrooms – a large family ensuite room, four double rooms and two twin bedrooms. One twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor for those with restricted mobility. There are three floors and four large bathrooms (one on each floor) plus two separate wc’s. There is a large hot tub situated in our courtyard and a games room with dartboard and small pool table. Private parking on site for several vehicles and over an acre of private gardens with areas for al fresco dining and relaxing.

Hallidays Folly
Spacious cottage in Greetham with two ensuite bedrooms, breakfast kitchen, lounge and downstairs shower room.
One bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, both with ensuite bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the lounge creating additional sleeping space for up to 6 guests.

Halliday’s Cottage
Studio cottage in Greetham with a lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious shower room and a sleeping area in a private alcove with comfy double bed and a sofa bed for extra guests. The cottage is a perfect retreat for two, but can sleep 3 guests maximum.

Both Halliday cottages are situated alongside each other within a gated shared driveway in the lovely village of Greetham near Oakham and just a few minutes drive from Rutland Water and all that the area has to offer. There are two pubs in the village – The Wheatsheaf and The Plough, both serving excellent food (booking is recommended). Plenty of country walks are on the doorstep.

The cottages can be interconnected for a maximum of 8 guests to host larger family or friends getaways!
