Hambleton Bakery on Cottesmore Road, Exton sprung into life in 2008, since then the little shop at one end of the Bakery has surpassed all of our expectations. Traditional bread, made slowly with top quality English or French stone ground flour, makes up a significant part of our output.

Rutland Shopping Village
Located in the heart of Rutland near Oakham and close to Ashwell, The Rutland Village is a lovely little rural retail park set in 4.5 acres and open 7 days a week. Wymondham Windmill
Tucked away in the quaint and picturesque village of Wymondham, just north of Rutland, is Wymondham Windmill. With it’s welcoming tea room and lovely collection of shops, it’s a splendid place to pop in to with the children. There’s a playground, playhouse and large grassy area, a small vehicle track for younger children and a woodland puzzle trail through their two acre woodland of Native British Trees.

The picturesque stone built village of Market Overton is home to a delightful little shop called the The Market Store. When the village lost its Post Office and general store some years ago the villagers decided to do something about it and organised themselves to raise finance and operate a community owned and run general store.
