With longer, brighter days and the warmth gradually returning, it’s time to get out and start exploring. Join Head Gardener on a tour of Burghley’s private South Gardens and Sculpture Garden. Learn about the history of the Gardens and spot key highlights for the time of year.
Our Head Gardener will provide seasonal gardening advice and insights, plus he will share more about what the Gardens team have planned as they head into summer.
Garden Tour & Talk – Burghley’s Head Gardener will guide you around the beautiful South Gardens and Sculpture Garden, pointing out particular planting displays, discuss the stunning seasonal highlights and tell you about upcoming projects the team will be working on throughout spring and summer.
Afternoon Tea – Enjoy delicious homemade scones, cakes and savoury treats served with a selection of teas and coffees. Afternoon Tea will be served next to the beautiful Summer House overlooking the lake (weather permitting).
Visit to the Garden Shop – Feeling inspired? Pop into the Garden Shop to pick up lovely spring gifts.
