Situated on farm a in the Welland valley, situated in the parishes of Caldecott and Lyddington in Rutland, about three miles south of Uppingham. We have two barns accommodating 11 people each available to book. They can be booked as two separate barns or together to host either eleven people or twenty two if booked together. Key-safe entry allows for safe social distancing for these self contained units.

Both are stunning semi-detached barn conversions situated on the edge of the beautiful county of Rutland. Set over two floors, the house enjoys views over the pretty countryside, with bi-fold doors opening onto each property’s own private decking, with a hot tub for 5/6 people, small patio area and seating to enjoy al fresco dining.
